Enrollment and Payment

Program Fees

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on when you withdraw from a program:

• Before program start: Full refund minus administrative fee of S$200
• Within first week: 75% refund
• Within first two weeks: 50% refund
• After two weeks: No refund

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our course materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, and software, is the property of Semid Nonre or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Share course materials with non-enrolled individuals

Student Conduct

Students enrolled in our programs agree to:

Career Services Disclaimer

While we provide career services including resume assistance, interview preparation, and employer introductions, we do not guarantee employment outcomes. Job placement depends on many factors including market conditions, individual effort, and employer decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Semid Nonre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Failure to achieve expected career outcomes
• Technical issues or service interruptions

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant program.
